In June of 2013 a 1960's vintage Carbon Dioxide bulk storage tank exploded causing major damage to this structure. In addition parts of the CO2 tank were hurled 1/2 mile away damaging other buildings. If this had occurred during normal business hours there would have certainly been many casualties. The investigation on the cause continues.
